The teenage years are powerfully transformative. It’s a time of confusion as they try to find their identity and create a sense of independence, and they are open to learning new, healthier ways of being.

My motto is to be the person I needed when, and at fourteen years old, I needed a mentor who could help me release emotional wounds and teach me how to create a life I want (as opposed to a life I don’t want.)

Helping teens understand themselves better, release any guilt and shame they carry, and get excited about life is a great honor.

Mangolia, 18, said, “I understand my relationship with my dad better and how it subconsciously affects the partners I choose. I also love the breathing exercises I learned.”
